Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Monthly Visits
To receive the $10 member discount, members must complete at least one visit each month.
2. Missed Month
If a member misses a month, the membership remains active, but the next visit will be charged at the regular price. Member pricing will resume after that visit.
3. Membership Inactivity
If there are no visits for 6 consecutive months, the membership will become inactive. Re-enrollment will be subject to the membership terms available at that time.
4. Membership Use
Membership benefits apply to the registered member and are non-transferable.
5. Other Discounts & Promotions
The $10 member discount cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, special pricing or discounts unless otherwise stated by RelaxZone.
6. Program Changes
RelaxZone RMT & Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Wellness Club program, benefits or terms with reasonable notice.
